My design career started with a single observation: the most powerful systems are often the hardest to use.

My work lives in that gap—between what a system can do and what a person actually needs. For over 12 years, I've worked as a designer and a translator, building bridges between complex technology and the people it's meant to serve.

My design journey took me through the MIT Institute of Design before I dove headfirst into the industry, learning from startups, agencies, and the immense challenges of the enterprise world. This path taught me my core principles.

At Siemens, I learned that the only way to design for complex systems is to first find Clarity from Chaos. I cut my teeth on the immense scale of manufacturing and vehicle safety, designing ML-powered features long before it became a buzzword. That work taught me that a clear map isn't just a diagram; it's the only way to find the right path forward when the stakes are high.

More recently, I've focused on designing with Intelligence with Intent. I believe AI should make people smarter, not busier. As a lead designer at Automation Anywhere, I shaped an AI platform that became the company's #1 growth engine. We didn't just build features; we designed a framework that let humans be thinkers, not data-diggers, powering over a million automations in its first year.

Through it all, I practice Leadership Through Craft. I believe strategy is a hands-on sport. I lead by doing—working in a tight loop with my teams to move from messy ambiguity to a clear, impactful solution.
